About This Program
AP Women's Performance Group Wednesdays · SAC · 1 Hour · Ages 13+ A structured, small-group performance environment built specifically for female athletes who want to get faster, move better, and compete harder. This is not a general fitness class. This is a performance group — coached, intentional, and designed to translate directly to your sport. Tackle and flag football players, soccer players, rugby athletes, basketball players — if your sport happens on the ground and you want an edge, this is where you build it. What you train: Speed off the line. Acceleration through contact windows. Change of direction under pressure. Open-field movement. WR and DB movement patterns applied to game situations — route-based footwork, defensive positioning, reactive decision-making. Every session is built around what actually happens in competition. What's included in your block: * Weekly on-field performance sessions at SAC (8 sessions/block) * Full strength and power programming via the AP app — customized to your sport, position, and individual deficiencies, delivered daily * Monthly nutrition plan with grocery list and meal recipes, built around your dietary needs and weight targets * Bi-weekly Zoom sessions with Jessica Dubeau, AP Director of Women's Athlete Development — covering female-specific performance, recovery, and wellness topics Block pricing: $100/block Two blocks available — register for one or both. | Block 1 | June 17 – July 8 | | Block 2 | July 22 – August 12 | Capacity is capped at 20 athletes. Registration closes when the block fills.

Cancellation Policy
Because our programs run in blocks, they are already pro-rated for block duration. We do not offer "per session" pricing. As a result, joining the program after it's start point, won't result in new pricing or refund.
