WHICH PATHWAY FITS YOUR ATHLETE?
After your Evaluation Consultation, your athlete is placed into the tier that best fits their age, readiness, academic profile, and long-term goals. This is not a menu of plans — it is a structured placement model.
Only athletes who demonstrate recruit able traits during evaluation qualify for Tier 2 or Tier 3.
Grade 7–8 athletes enter the Developmental Tier automatically.

Our placement system is built on quality, accuracy, and long-term relationships — not volume. Only 33–40 reputable boarding football programs in the East & Midwest are realistic destinations for Canadian athletes each year, each with limited football intake.
