About This Program
This 2-session intro pack is designed for athletes and families looking to experience Athletic Paradigm before committing to a full training block. The pack includes: * One Friday Skill Session (mandatory) in Toronto (360 Soccer Centre) * One Speed Session on Tuesday or Thursday at Toronto Track Centre (York U) Important Details: * Friday attendance is required * Both sessions must be used within 14 days of booking * Limit: one intro pack per athlete per month * No rescheduling or substitutions Friday sessions focus on skill application and competitive reps. Speed sessions introduce AP’s sprint mechanics, structure, and performance standards. This is the only intro option and is intentionally limited.
