Introduction
I worked with Kamau directly for 3 years while competing as an athlete in high-school, the CJFL and USports. The time I spent under his mentorship not only improved my speed, power and relative strength but reverse engineered the way I move,
a signature of time spent with KP. Kamau’s rich background in athletics paired with a student's mindset to improve performance allows him to effectively help athletes bridge the gap between their location and their destination.
From high school to the CJFL, CJFL to U-Sports and U-Sports to the CFL, Kamau’s teachings on movement, training philosophy, and Football IQ have successfully prepared me and many like myself for the next step in my athletic endeavors.
KP’s work speaks for itself. He has a clear passion for seeing athletes reach their potential and he exhausts every necessary avenue to see it through. As an athlete, regardless of your current needs, Kamau has what it takes to get you there. His experience and drive to provide for his people is uncanny. I now serve as a Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coach and continue to draw from my experiences with KP in my youth. The mentorship he provides in his services is invaluable and KP is highly regarded in every community he’s been a part of. Many athletes, including myself have been positively impacted as a by-product of his mentorship. KP is a role model, performance specialist, sport technician and mentor all in one.

How to make
This item is connected to a text field in your Content Manager. Double click on the dataset icon to add your own content. Want to view and manage all your collections? Click on the Content Manager button on the panel to your left. Here, you can update your items, add new fields, create dynamic pages and more.
Your collection is already set up with fields and content. Add your own by editing each field, or import CSV files to your Content Manager. You can create fields for rich text, images, videos and more. Remember to click Sync, so visitors can see your collections on your live site. You can add as many collections as you need.
Use input elements like custom forms and fields to collect info from your site visitors and store it in your Database Collections. Make sure all your elements Connect to Data, and Preview your Live Site to check that everything is correctly binded.
