About This Program
Training ground is truly a one stop shop for any football player's offseason. Once you're ready to get going, click the ATHLETE JOIN button and we'll get in touch for your consultation and free trial. - Age 12+ PROGRAM COMPONENTS: SPEED - Our fall program centers around the maintenance of athlete's speed while they're in season or base building in preparation for our Winter training ground for those that aren't currently in season this fall. STRENGTH - Fall maintenance in-season is vital to growth and proper development. Athletes have access to our native strength app, and customized programming to their level and goals. We build client programs based on what strength apparatus they have accessible, as well as the level, and goals they're seeking. Our app is free on IOS and Android platforms, and offers full film support on our exercises and workouts. NUTRITION - Each of our clients receives a monthly diet plan for as long as they're with us included in their package. Each plan comes complete with grocery list, and recipes for each meal. Dietary restrictions and weight targets are set through consultation before plans are created. FILM REVIEW - In-season athletes have the option of sending us film for evaluation and receiving a weekly drill pack to implement during their practice week in order to build out trouble spots. This program fits the criteria for child fitness tax credit if your child is under the age of 18. Ask us about it!
