Athletic profile and customized 12 week online workout program

About This Program

This program begins with electronic testing to produce a Force-velocity profile outlining strengths and deficiencies of each athlete. The data is then analyzed and the athlete receives a customized 12 week training program to be executed remotely. Athletes are re-tested at the 8 week mark to see progress and make any alterations needed in programming. Then finally, exit tested on the 12 week to show differential post-programming. Athletes may keep each profile for their own records, and to build future programming from.
